Paid $25. Won't download anything over 720p. Completely ignores the option "Ultra HD up to 4k"

 

This product is an absolute scam.

  I am signed in you troll, It only allows me to download 720p max when it even acknowledges a video on the page at all. It's garbage. I want my money back.
