DVD burning
Purchased RealPlayer Plus and tried burning a dvd. Added videos to list, all videos showed "ready to burn", clicked burn disc. Program showed transferring next to all videos. Program shows completing, finalizing, and then ends with no error messages. Process appears to be complete but there is no activity within the disc drive. Check disc and it is still empty. I know drive works because I burnt three dvds using another program. Does anyone have any idea how to fix?

This Problem with You Tube has been going on for some time .Real Player has not submitted an answer to the Problem . If they can't fix it or provide an answer , I will be cancelling my Subscription which I have had for a long time .

I wasted a lot of dvd's burning my downloaded videos from youtube. When I play the dvd, the videos recorded on the disc were all distorted and looks like a PAL SECAM format, black and white, wavy and distorted images. I'm trying to figure out the problem but I can't find the right setting. I tried every setting that I know to fix it but no success. Before everything works fine. Can somebody help me please!!
