cannot down video

 I can't download videos from IE, Chrome or Firefox  from sites such as I have Windows 8.1, I also uninstalled and reinstalled  Real Player tried that  as well as change  location where videos are suppose to save to. Whenever I click download this video real player express window pops up.

  It looks like you still have some legacy software installed in your Windows 8.1 that we don't support anymore. Please uninstall RealPlayer Express and install RealPlayer from www.real.com

  I don't have real player express on my laptop  I have the real player that's for free. I uninstalled everything ,restarted the laptop and re downloaded the free version, I am able to download videos from Youtube however if I want to download video from lets say Instagram the real player downloader express one time charge window pops up after I click download this video and won't allow me to download a video.

  Play the video from Instagram in full window and you should be able to download the video.

  Alternately, right click on the video in Instagram and copy URL. Paste it in the RealDownloader tool to download the video.
