Even after becoming a Realplayer plus customer I still have adds at the bottom right of the player this is very annoying please help .

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus under your account. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653-Signing-in-to-RealPlayer

  Once you are signed in correctly and your Plus features are activated, you will not be seeing the advertisements.
