I think I had Real player 16 for several years but I had my laptop repaired and I reloaded Real Player but all my videos are no longer there. Can I retrieve them and if so how do I do this? Thank you. John.

  As long as your videos are still stored in the PC, you can follow the instructions from the below link.

  If the laptop's hard disk was wiped out during the repair, there is nothing we can do as we don't store any of your files nor do we have access to your files.
