    PURCHASED REALPLAYER PLUS HAS BEEN REMOVED. Update that I did not wanted I only have the free version of the RealPlayer installed. please mix or return my money.....

    PLUS drives me absolutely crazy, its brilliant when it works, but like you, every upgrade, or re-install (because it is so unstable) knocks out the extra facilities that 'PREMIUM' is supposed to provide.

    Then of-course it takes an age to get everything fully restored.

    EXTREMELY IRRITATING, can I take the opportunity to appeal to the 'RP' team; P-LEEEASE for the sake of your subsribers sanity - GET IT SORTED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL! I haven't yet been on the site since installing the 20/20 upgrade, I'm dreading to see what irritants await. All through the time that the upgrade was installing, I was continually invited to upgrade to 'Premium' - I'VE ALREADY GOT AND BEEN PAYING FOR IT FOR YEARS!!

    I also purchased RealPlayer Plus on 02/05/2018 or 02/06/2018 through Paypal. It was ok until I upgraded my Realplayer Plus to RealPlayer2020. Not only the Software was frozen, it kept slowing my battery down. Also there's no Purchase History. So instead of me having RealPlayer Plus, which I've a One-Time PURCHASE, the 2020 UPDATE have the free version. So I have no choice but to Uninstall Realplayer. I want the REALPLAYERPLUS BACK!!!

    I want to contact RealPlayer agent, but the SUPPORT didn't have the email, chat, or nothing

    Totally agree, however, one thing I should mention, you can see your current plan if you open your 'Realplayer' (RP) click on RP icon in the top left hand corner, then click 'help' from the drop-down menu, you can then go to see various details, including 'Plan' and 'Billing'.

    That said, I think it's bad that you have to keep checking this just to know what you are currently getting and what you are paying for. I also think its extremely unreasonable that you (or anyone) has to keep continuously deleting and re-installing just so you can get the service/plan that you are paying for.

    I am EXTREMELY pissed-off when EVERY time I click on the link to download a video, I get a bloody big page telling/asking me to upgrade to 'premium', when I am already subscribed to it.

    Their lack of e-mail meaning the only way you can get tech assistance is to telephone a number that isn't even in your country (i.e. UK), is very poor indeed. Even if/when you do bite the bullett and phone, you can bet your life thaat like every other company/business on the planet just now, will use the 'Covid' excuse in an effort to excuse their crap service!
