Our Downloader is not compatible with Opera browser. It is only compatible with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Can you please send us a screenshot of where you are being asked to use Opera?

Are you by any chance trying to go to YouTube via RealPlayer? If you are using RealPlayer to access the internet, please note that many websites have stopped working on Internet Explorer. We currently use Internet Explorer within RealPlayer. We are in the process of changing it to open with Edge browser. We should have this update in the next release. Until then, we suggest you to directly open your Chrome, Edge or Firefox browser and go to websites such as YouTube. You can download videos directly using our Downloader from there.
Here are instructions to download videos using Chrome or Edge.
Lastly, this is a better way to download videos.
