RealDownloader No Longer Free
I've used RealDownloader for years. I just got a new PC and downloaded it again. After two weeks, it now asks for $24.99 for RealDownloader Express. It does not have an option to continue with the free version. It says that it is a one time fee, but in the past I have paid one time fees only to be asked to pay again. The free 'forever' was only for that version, which was no longer supported.

We don't see any paid account under your aol.com address. We see that you recently created a free account on 7/9/2022. What was the email address used to make a purchase previously?

Today, I'm restoring my Computer/PC System from a Backup, and when I went to updated RealPlayer, I'm being told that I need to upgraded, to enjoy the "Full Features of RealPlayer". So, I checked out my account information, and it says I only have the Free Version of RealPlayer.
WTF?!?!?!?
I paid $39.99, on 8/29/2021, for the "One Time Purchase on Computer".
I sent sales an email, cause your phone system is just an endless string of leaving "Voice Messages", with it eventually disconnecting without even connecting to anyone's Voice Mail.

You purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
