3. Ii have had realplayer superpass awhile ago. i was told i can come back. on may 12,2016 . i paid $ 39.99 onetime with 10 free music unlimit, But i can't get anything to work. I can"t burn anything. what did i paid for. How can i contact you by phone?

i paid for it but have no idea what to do and how to access it now. My email was rrkkbb@hotmail.co.uk but sadly i cannot access it anymore

have paid for real player but that email i used was old and i cant access the email now. plus i lost log in details
