uninstalled then reinstalled - and it still won't download the video it finds and promises to do
... this is on one computer that I did allow the "update" to happen.... have tried the uninstall/reinstall three times now, and again is still doesn't go through with the promised download of video...

Wow so glad to know it's not just happening here too - so frustrating, isn't it?!?! Had been working fine - until the update was apparently required this morning and now downloader doesn't work at...
