I cant listen to the downloaded video's Click on play nothing happens. When I try to exit it freezes up and not able to exit

can not download video's
I have the plus account for a long time and it is current. Since June 12th. I am not able to download video's although the window comes down and says -- download this video -- but nothing happens....
