Real Downloader cannot download videos from web
Hello!
I tried the free upgrade to the latest Real Times / Real Player but the Real Downloader attached to it was unable to download videos. So I switched back to Real Player Cloud which has the older version of Real Downloader. But this does not function too.
I searched "Help" and tried to manually update Real Downloader through command prompt but failed again.
Please fix my problem or else send me the link to download the hassle free Real Downloader to enjoy my videos.

If you are still unable to download videos, please provide the following information:
• Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one? If the problem is with a particular video, please include the URL from which you're trying to download.
• What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
• Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?

- Norton Security installed
Please note that in spite of Windows 10/Norton Security the videos could be downloaded earlier easily. I just thought the free upgrade to Realtimes in 2017 would be better, but as explained above the same was not compatible when I decided to go back to Real Player Cloud that this problem started,

We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products. We always recommend using our most current version, which you can download here. The most current version is RealPlayer with RealTimes, available for customers on Windows 7 and higher (or Mac OS X 10.10 and higher).

I tried Real Player with Real Times but it just did not work. Problem is with the Real Downloader in Real Player Cloud. When copying the web link to the "Download a video from a web link" window the message says "Searching for your video" thereafter "RealDownloader has stopped working" message appears.This was working fine until a few days back when I downloaded Real Player with Real Times . Your reply is not good enough.

I think the Real Downloader version in RealPlayer with RealTimes is distorting the older versions. Please restore the Real Downloader of RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16 to its original version.

We have resolved the Downloader issue.
Please follow these steps to have your Downloader work again.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Settings and open Internet Options
3. Click the Advanced tab and hit the Reset button
4. Close Internet ExplorerOnce you are done resetting your Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:
1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
2. Close all Windows
3. Restart your PC
4. Go back to Youtube.com and try to download any video (This should activate the latest version of Downloader and you should be able to download videos.)0
