what the hell did you do to the trim feature I cant even trim audio. the format has changed and it sucks .. leave things alone for Christ sake

  Since the new version as of 06-18-17 was downloaded, it screwed up the Real Player Trimmer. What the hell are you people doing? Before putting new upgrade TEST IT FIRST.

  I agree. Every new update allows something else to fail.
  This problem is with the audio trimmer only. Video trimmer works fine.

  I have had the same problem since taking the latest updates.

  If I import new video it can be trimmed before converting (No probs)

  The only problem is I can't import and trim existing audio files.

  Is there any way I can put audio file into library for trimming? I don't want to put in a full album when I only want  to keep 2/3 tracks.

  We have a known issue with trimming audio files after the latest RealPlayer update and we are working on a solution (see official response above). Due to this known problem, it isn't possible to trim audio files using RealPlayer Trimmer at the moment.

  We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to have a fix soon.
