Real Player still doesn't work in Internet 11.  You want money for helping me.  I am a Premium subscriber which states I have free help.  Please assist me.  Thank you

  If this is not the issue you are having, please explain what happens exactly when you try to download using Internet Explorer and include any error messages you may be getting. Also, please check your RealPlayer version and let us know which one it is - see:
