RealDownloader

I have reported the failure of Real Downloader several times, have provided error message wording plus screenshots, but all I get back is curt messages that the problem is being investigated and Real.com will email me when the problem has been resolved.

For an organisation as rich as Real.com with analytical processes of the highest order, why is it taking so long to cure this problem?

Members such as myself are forced to utilise services which are inferior and the results are not certain to succeed (and often don't)!

PLEASE cure the problem before I grow old.

I've gotten all these things too and sometimes it won't let me convert a video to MP3. I'm currently reinstalling it bc it also says Real Player is incompatible with windows 10, WTH?? Here's hoping this reinstallation works. :/ I like the fact you can convert songs to MP3 and am disappointed I have so much trouble.

Also how do I remove duplicate videos? It says you can. Is that a premium feature? I'm a basic (free) user can't afford to upgrade.

Regarding the error ''Severity: 3; Error code: -2147467259 ...'' - We are aware of this issue. As soon as we have an update on th status of this downloading issue, we'll send an email to let you know.

As for the compatibility issue -- Please note that the latest version of RealPlayer is compatible with Windows 10.

Please uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer by following the steps below:
 1 - First, you need to uninstall the program by following the instructions from this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013
 2 - After uninstalling RealPlayer from the Control Panel, please delete the application folders. Here's how: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/220342848
 3 - Reboot your computer and reinstall RealPlayer. You can install the current version by going to: http://www.real.com/
