music stalling after each trck

my playlist is not playing as it use to.  we have shut down the machine and restarted.  We have also deleted unwanted files from the computer but it is still not operating as  it shoud do.  Each time I put it on continuous play it automticlly switches back to shuffle?  I do not remember ever choosing the shuffle option and feell the program did this itself.  When we try to choose a song from the list we have to wait 1minute+ and each time receive the message that realplayer has stopped working and not responding.  Please set up an assistance call to allow you to remotely link in and solve the problem for us.  Please email me the time that suits you and I will give you the best number to contact me on.

To resolve the freezing issue, please follow instructions from the link below:

- To disable Shuffle Play, please click on the RealPlayer logo on the top left corner.

-  Select ''Play''.

- Make sure the ''Shuffle Play'' option does not have a check mark. If it does, click on the option to remove the check mark.
