YouTube URL can't be found by downloader

I pasted the YouTube URL into the downloader, but it says Can't find video at that web address.

I've tried on Firefox and Chrome. Please help!

  Have been trying for three months to resolve Downloader Fault, Have tried Chrome, Edge and Explorer. I have looked through nine pages on the Community Support and it seems as if it's a common problem. It started to be a problem after I took some updates regarding Real shutting down their Cloud options. Am seriously considering trying out a different Media player.

  To resolve the download issue, perform uninstall and re-install of RealPlayer by following the article:
