    AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL - JUST WAIT HERE FOR A RESPONSE.   IS THIS WHAT I GET WITH THE PREMIUM CHARGE?

    Couldn't agree more. In-fact, despite having been using 'RealPlayer' for many years, I too have always found it to be one of the most difficult, time consuming and extremely frustrating. I've lost count of how many times I've had to delete/re-install, and they must have my credit-card details several times, although how much I have paid over the years, is too-much for my brain to deal with.

    I have paid for the 'Premium' package, but frequently am unable to access them. Just yesterday, I had to go through the entire process again after receiving a message saying I've run out of space. Their 'help pages' are absolutely the most time consuming and useless of virtually any other web-provider.

    I have cancelled my subscription in protest over the years, promising myself that I will never return, but after a few months, I always relent.

    I only wish that there was an alternative, but to-date, I've not discovered one.

    It's a shame really because when it does work it's a great programme, but due to all the problems and sleepless nights I have had over the years, I could NEVER recommend it to anybody!

    I see that your Cloud storage is not used. To help you further, I would like to know when exactly do you receive the message saying you have run out of space. If could be better is you include a screen shot that best describes your issue. 

     

    In addition, please confirm how much free space you have on your local drive ''C'.'
