    This is most probably due to corrupted library. I've sent an email to you. We'll take it from there.

    Unfortunately, the answer to your question is "yes".

    There is no "Customer Service".  RealNetworks will only respond to account queries (in other words anything relating to taking your money), everything else will be redirected here where us poor souls will be left to try and figure things out for ourselves without much success as you can read for yourself.
