I had paid for the premium services of realplayer and were able to use them. My computer updated windows 10, which changed several features. I then had to reinstall realplayer. After signing in, in realplayer I get a star by my sign in name. When I go to download a video, realloader comes up, my name has no star.  It tells me to get premium services I must up grade, which I already had done.  I paid with PayPal.   If I don't get my premium services, I would like my money returned, Please help me Martin Wharton 94553  email Wharton@sbcglobal.net
