I am trying to burn a DVD using the same desktop computer that I have had success with in the past.  The only difference is a few months ago the computer was updated to Windows 10.  Now, I am unable to successfully burn the DVD.  I usually get an Error Code 2131042562. Two times the Real Player program has said the burn was successful but the DVD still didn't play in a DVD player.  This is frustrating because obviously I am paying money for a service that I can't complete right now(burnign a DVD).  Thoughts, tips suggestions???? This is work related for my job so this is very important
