REAL PLAYER IS JUST CRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
I am very frustrated with Realplayer support. I have had an account for years but changed my credit card and did not realize my auto payment was from this card.
I tried to contact support and finally got an email saying I had to go to google payments and change the dang card! I already did that! The old card does not show and the new one does.
I finally canceled the account, figuring to just reinstall it and start over. I can not even do that it seems.
All I want to do is pay my bloody bill! I have been trying for months. Why are there so many hoops to jump through to just pay my bill?
Unlike some people, many of us do not have the friggin time to spend all night on a site, jumping through links to try to pay their bill.
Why is there no place to just email a tech and get the dang help? Does customer support mean nothing any more?
