Video problems after the last update

After installing the latest update, when I try to play videos they take at least 5 minutes to load, and have taken up to 10 minutes. Obviously, this is very inconvenient, particularly as none of the videos are that long.

  Since downloading the latest update (ver. 18.1.10.217) I can only play selected videos. When I try to play most videos Realplayer locks up and I have to close it with Task Manager. How do I remove this update (ver. 18.1.10.217) and go back to the previous version?
