can't download anymore starting 1 week ago

I was used to downloading videos from my singsnap account and never had any trouble before.  Starting from about a week ago, it stopped working completely. 

What happened?  I have real player plus.

  Me either. I don’t know if it’s just YouTube videos or what but so far I have to use YTD for downloading. I can still convert tho.
