Delete function in Library not working.

I can't delete the downloaded videos in my RealPlayer Library. This is a very recent problem. When I choose to delete a video I get a message on screen 'unable to delete'.

  This is a very unusual problem. Could you please send us a screen shot showing the error message you get, so we can investigate further? Here's how:

  Also, please check what version of RealPlayer you have on your PC and let us know the number - see:
