Every time I try to sign in a Box appears: "Currently not connected to Real Times. To reset your connection, please restart your computer." I have Movies, Music, Videos, and Pictures stored on my Real Time Player. I received your email stating your current format was being terminated. I definitely want to keep/retrieve all of my stored files. How do I do this? Please help. Thank you!
I am using Windows 7.

Hi,everytime i turn on my comp,and try to sign in...same old thing,"currently not connected to real times"....so i reinstall it,and it works ok..but when i turn off my comp,frustratingly the same thing again....So every fucking time i have to use it,i must reinstall real player.....I have Real Player plus....It's maddenning...Pity really,as i like the features of Real Player...Couldn't someone at Real player fix that bug????As everyone i know has the same prob,best wishes.
