sureplay optimizer stops me from watching realplayer on roku

I have realplayer downloaded on my roku, but when I want to view my movies,  sureplay optimizer graph shows up, graph won't move and videos won't stream.  No problem with my ipad.

  To resolve the issue, please re-install RealPlayer as described below:
