Small Picture Icons Are Gone

After today's Real Player Update all my icons are the standard blue real player box. Before the update most were a small picture of the video in a black frame. What happened? How can I get my picture icons back. I tired the similar post and community and found nothing. Since this just happened it might be easier to find a answer. Thank You. David
