The bait and switch
I have been a loyal user of realplayer, realtimes, real cloud since 2010 or before. I have paid repeatedly for upgrades, only to be encourage to "upgrade to the newest version" and only after doing so find out that which I have paid for is now gone, and now once again, you want me to pay for this new version, just so I can have the same features I have already paid at least three times for. Well, enough is enough. Either grandfather me in or lose me for good. It is reprehensible that you use the bait and switch on loyal customers. Without us, those who have supported you for all these years, should be treated in this manner. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but I doubt it: your corporate greed is astounding. Reconsider your position on us long time consumers or prepare for a backlash on every social media site I use. This is beyond measure and I for one am sick and tired of being treated as a blank check.
