I was able to enjoy much from the triimer application all these while. But recently, it does not work anymore but keep showing the message "This file is not supported by the trimmer application.". I an quite frastrated. I wonder if the problem is caused by upgrading real. How can I resume my previous application or is there any downgrade or I need to reinstall the program?
