    I'm having the same problem , with the same system, Chrome , windows 10, i've tried to remove the Microsoft update KB4013429 and it wont delete .  it looks like Microsoft has found a way of Destroying Real player after many years of trying LOL. I Love my real player so Apple here i come.

    Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.

    As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.

    We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:

    Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues with playing your videos after installing this Windows Update.

    I am using windows 7 pro downloaded real version 18.1.15.215 player update now I can not download any movies the option to download box comes up I click to download it all opens up but nothing comes down it says unable to download please can you help

    real player has stopped working again i have just paid to upgrade and i am disappointed that real player has failed to download videos. therefore i am requsting a total refund and cancelling real player. THANKING YOU PAUL EDWARDS.
