When trying to sign in, says not connected to internet. I have followed all procedures to correct problem but to no avail. Also, ask me to sign up for plus. I have been a member for many years and current until 1-17-2018. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? I have had this problem before, but was always able to correct it. This time, I can not correct it.
