Why didn't you answer the questions about not being able to print from File->Print? I have the same question. It has worked fine for years up until a couple of months ago. Why would you cripple this function?

No, I am trying to print a Current Library View. I have paid for RP several times and used it for over 20 years, then suddenly parts of the program stop working. I can't sign in, I can't use the equalizer, and I can't print. I would upgrade to RP18 but someone decided to delete the Organizer view which I use extensively.

You can't print Current Library View. To resolve your "not responding issue, please reinstall RealPlayer and sign in. If you have issues with the sign in process, please let us know.

If I reinstall RealPlayer, how do I preserve my playlists? They represent years of work. If you can point me to exactly the folder they are stored in I might be able to save them.
