There will be a class action lawsuit against Real Player on behalf of all those who had video files recently deleted by Real Player Cloud. There was insufficient notice given to customers about changes arbitrarily applied to accounts and customers who in good faith paid Real.com to save or backup their video files on Real Player cloud. Real.com is acting in bad faith with regard to requests to retrieve these deleted videos. There has already been contact with the Justice Department which appears ready to support this violation of trust.
