deleting video on cloud

look i would have like most of these video back but im sure to find them if needed so i want them gone but when i try deleting them all of a sudden the machine decides to grow a brain and say sorry not possible

  In this case, sign out from the RealTimes web application, PC and other devices. Now re-sign in and then try deleting the files again.
