where are they

I downloaded videos on my account using a Dell laptop. When I go into my account on an HP laptop they are no where to be found! What's up?

  When you download files using RealPlayer the files will be saved in the hard drive. RealPlayer will only have a shortcut to that file in RealPlayer library. It won't store the files in any external server. If you install RealPlayer on another computer you need to transfer the downloaded videos from the old computer to new one using an external hard disk or any storage device.
