realplayer keeps crashing while in burn process

i have certain media clips that just will not continue through the burn process with the system stopping, i've tried different media clips from the same source and they keep crashing, i don't know what to do, i have burned them in the past, but now recently they won't burn? is it that they are too big? the codecs? i don't know what more to do, i've updated real, just tried agian, same result, real will give the popup that there is a problem, what GIVES?????????????????

  thanks, i'll try it, but now i'm having an issue where the burner keeps disappearing and i have to reinstall it, what could be causing this?: "RealPlayer cold not locate a CD burner on your computer.  If you have a CD burner, please ensure it is properly installed."

  This could happen if your CD/DVD burner is not properly installed, or if you have more than one burner and the wrong one is selected as default. For additional information on the latter case, please consult: DVD Burning: Errors when using internal and external drives
