Installer component stub3201.dll is missing or corrupted

Windows 10 removed Realplayer in an update and won't allow reinstall. When I tried the alternate installer I get the following message:

Installer component stub3201.dll is missing or corrupted

  I have the same problem! Ridiculous! RealPlayer, shame on you!
