Bought RealPlayer Plus (16?). Can no longer burn dvd's

I purchased realplayer plus(16?). I can no longer burn dvd's. My realplayer plus icon no longer shows in my realplayer - the "plus" is gone and any time I try to burn a dvd, it just bounces me to the add to buy realplayer 18. If I bought 16 (more than once, I believe), why does it act like a rental and disappear? I would like it back to burn dvd's. Help, please

  I see that you purchased RealPlayer 18 Plus, which is the latest version of the product and the only version for which we offer support and updates.

  To be able to access the Plus features (such as ''burn DVD''), you need to be signed in with the respective credentials (i.e.your account email address and your password). You can sign out and sign back in -- here's how to proceed: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653
