real player crashes as soon as i click on a vidio in library on windows 10

Real player works fine until I select a video in library then it just freezes up have to right click on icon on task bar to close it.it down loads fine plays online media fine just library crashes

  This can happen if either the file is corrupted or not a compatible file with RealPlayer. Please remove that specific video from your library and restart RealPlayer. If it is happening on any videos, it is possible your library database is corrupted. 

  You can try reinstalling RealPlayer. Here are the instructions to reinstall.
