Real downloader no longer works

I see the discovery tab.  shows a picture  of video I want to download.  I click the tab.  Nothing happens??   Been going on for several days.  tried everything in support and various youtube videos to fix problem nothing works.

  I purchased the premium version June, 2025.

  Sept 26, 2025 the downloader suddenly stopped working.
  
  I've looked at the comments and followed all the recommended steps. 
  I've also uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the results are the same.
