I paid premium l last year, never again! I've just deleted my account you ripoffs.

  I don't think I'd quite use the language of Pauline de Rooij.......... but so far........I cannot play DVD's........I paid my $40 bucks.....and the system....is not reading my DVDs'.....I just wanted a simple player, and I can't even locate their Tech Support.......no live chat, no call in number........I too feel ripped off........can anyone show me how to reach the tech support?....... This is the message I get: "The DVD cannot be played. Analog copy protection distribution failed".  Please anyone, help

  I agree with you they have deteriorated to lower than worthless, i to am going delete my account.

If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features.   If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

  Hi,

  As you can see i was really pissed off last time i was here. I had just reinstalled my pc and then found out that this "lifetime" Plus features aren't at all lifetime. I think buying something once should be enough. I don't even use most features so i literally pay for getting rid off these nagging commercials/spam on the player. I also hate the way it looks now. I loved it when it was still black with gold.

  BTW I use Media Player Classic - Black Edition now.
  It's free and looks good and works good as well. It's still being updated. I'm so happy with this player. It searches for subtitles for every video I watch. That's awesome!

  You purchased RealPlayer v.18. You still have access to the paid features of this version. As mentioned previously, you can install RealPlayer v.18 and sign into it to activate paid features. You will receive support for the life of the product. Please understand that just like any product in the market has a shelf life ours too has a shelf life. As technology changes frequently, we will also have to move on with the changes. So if someone purchased (for example), RealPlayer v.15, we will not be able to support that as it is an outdated technology. 

  Please note: RealPlayer v.2020 is our latest product and to access the paid features of this product requires a purchase. You don't have to upgrade to the new product.
