Turn off 'Download This Video' option

I cannot turn off the "Download This Video", option. Everytime I enter Youtube, a RealPlayer's pop-up appears on the top of the screen showing a download option. I am using google chrome.

And I already read this page (https://customer.real.com/hc/en-gb/articles/204040453-Turn-off-Download-This-Video-option) explaining how to solve this problem but when I select "Preferences" in RealPlayer, I am redirected to this window:

Then i don't know what to do. Anyone please help me, thanks

  Here are instructions.
  
  1. Open RealDownloader not RealPlayer. (The window where you manually copy and paste the URL to download a video)
  2. Click RealDownloader from the top left corner and click Preferences.
  3. Make sure "Turn on Download This video on Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers." is Unchecked.
  4. Click Ok.
  5. Restart your browsers.
