We see you have an active RealTimes Premium (with cloud) through iTunes. With this subscription, you don't get the PC version of the paid features. That said, our system shows that your last purchase was RealPlayer 16.
Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
We are now offering RealPlayer v.20/20. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer v.20/20 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.
The best solution for you would be to cancel your subscription with iTunes and subscribe directly with us, you will have the advantage having your RealTimes plan in addition to RealPlayer Plus.
