Unable to download

I have read the topics relating to this problem but still cannot find a solution. I normally use the downloader to save videos from Facebook Messenger but about a week ago this stopped working. I have attached a screenshot of the message I get. I have done everything that has been suggested on other topics and checked that I have the latest versions of software. Please can you advise.

  It looks from the screenshot that you were trying to download a live video or a just ended live video. Please note that you can't download such videos.

  In anyway, can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
