Real Player. Não consigo logar.

Real Player não funciona. Adquiri a versão Premium, contudo ao acessar a caixa de diálogo do Sign In fica em branco. Já instalei novamente a versão conforme indicado num post de ajuda mas ainda não assim não funciona. A caixa de diálogo fica conforme imagem abaixo.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
