Any Video longer Than 2 minutes I Can`t Download

Now I can`t download any video`s longer than 2 minutes.The 2 minute video took almost an hour to download. I tried to download my own video on YOUTUBE I posted and I always get the Unable To Download error notice. What can I do to fix this. The reason why I got Premium Plus was to download the longer video`s. Before with just the Realplayer 22 I could down load the longer music audio video, but since getting the Premium Plus, I can`t download anything that is over 2 minutes long. What is the problem?

  We have noticed that from 28th February, 2023 certain websites have started to throttle the download speeds. We don't control how these websites control their content. However, our engineering team is looking into it.
