Downloads real slow???? Not finishing download..

I have 100 mbs download speed. download speeds 1.2 mps. why?

  We have noticed that from 28th February, 2023 certain websites have started to throttle the download speeds. We don't control how these websites control their content. However, our engineering team is looking into it.

  At this time, there is very little we can do but we will update this page with more information as we have.

  Same here.  Normally high Mb/sec downloads.  Last weekend and today it is down to a crawl of 0.21Mbps.  Also, the start of each download is delayed.   I tried the tech support recommended method used the last time this happened but no joy.  I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  No joy.
