Real player is not working

Realplayer is not working at all i have tried everything. i uninstalled and reinstalled it. i made sure it was updated to the latest version i even made sure it wasn't my pc blocking anything. but non of it is working.

  Can you please error messages and exactly what steps you are taking to use RealPlayer? The more better you explain the issue, the better we would be able to help you.
