Video disappears after downloading
When I try to download a video using RealPlayer Downloader it appears to be downloading properly in the Downloader window, but when I go to view it, it has disappeared. While it is the process of downloading a folder _RPTMP_DL_1 is created under the folder where my videos are saved, but after the download is finished this folder disappears and the video isn't there.
I believe this problem started when I upgraded to v. 22. I'm running Windows 10. This problem occurs in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

This is by design. When we download a video, there is an audio stream and a video stream that gets downloaded to this temporary folder. RealDownloader will finally merge these 2 files as one playable video. The final file will still be in your Videos folder with the title of the video in .MP4 format and the same should show up in RealPlayer library. Is that not what you are noticing? Don't you see the downloaded video in your RealPlayer library?

No. My basic problem is that after the download is complete - that is, when it shows as complete in the Downloader window - the video does not appear in my library.

Can you please check RealPlayer's Preference under Watch Folders? Please make sure the path where the video is downloaded is added to this section.

Thank you for the suggestion. The path for where I have my videos wasn't in the Watch Folders, so I added it, but still nothing is there after the download is complete. Also, FYI the _RPTMP_DL_2 folder is, and always has been, appearing in the folder where my videos are while the download is in progress.

So, the Watch folder now contains the path of your folder where your videos are stored yet RealPlayer is still not able to see in its library? Can you please confirm if the folder you added in Watch folder contains videos? Also, please restart your computer and check again.
The RPTMP file is a temp folder that is created when downloading a video. As mentioned previously, this folder will disappear and the 2 streams are merged and made into one playable MP4 video.

Yes, the Watch folder has the correct path to my videos. The folder with my videos, which I added to Watch, contains dozens of videos; it's where I've been storing downloaded videos for years.
It isn't just that RealPlayer doesn't see videos in its library, it's that I don't see them in File Explorer. (I do see all old, previously downloaded videos in File Explorer.) I have restarted my computer.
My only reason for mentioning the RPTMP folder is to show that it is appearing in the correct place, in the folder with all of my videos. But no video is left there after the download is complete and RPTMP disappears.
